01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Solarbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided at solarbet.cam (the "Website"). By creating an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Solarbet is an online betting and casino platform serving the Malaysian market. All services are provided in English, and all transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. 03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Solarbet, the following eligibility requirements must be satisfied at all times:

• The User must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use. Solarbet does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place bets on the Platform under any circumstances.
• The User must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• The User must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• The User must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of Solarbet or any of its associated entities.
• The User must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Each person is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration on Solarbet requires the submission of a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. Users may also be required to provide their full legal name and date of birth consistent with their official identity documentation.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Solarbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including upon registration, prior to the processing of a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back copies;
• A valid passport — the biographical data page;
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Solarbet will endeavour to process KYC submissions within two to five business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. Users are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid any delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Solarbet strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. If a User suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

05 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users of the Solarbet Platform agree to use our services only for their intended, legitimate recreational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets systematically to exploit inconsistencies in odds across platforms or markets with the intent of guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, structured wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bad-faith manipulation of bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process funds obtained through unlawful means. Solarbet is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access administrative interfaces, other users' accounts, or any part of the Platform not intended for general user access.

Solarbet employs dedicated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Solarbet reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void related bets and winnings, and retain any balance pending investigation without prior notice.

06 Betting Rules & Settlement

Solarbet offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and events including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions), basketball (NBA), tennis Grand Slams, UFC/MMA, badminton, esports, and more. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game category, as published on the Platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and valid only upon the Platform returning a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction identifier. Bets that do not receive confirmation — due to technical errors, communication failures, or insufficient account balance — are not valid and will not be settled.

6.2 Odds and Errors

Solarbet strives to publish accurate odds at all times. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a manifest error (i.e., odds that are clearly and obviously incorrect relative to the true market price), Solarbet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account. Winnings generated from manifest error odds will not be paid out.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Malaysian Football League for Liga Super Malaysia, Premier League for EPL fixtures). Solarbet's settlement decisions are final and binding unless a clear administrative error can be demonstrated.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Solarbet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Solarbet supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure accessibility for players across Malaysia.

7.1 Supported Payment Methods

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay;
• DuitNow instant transfer;
• FPX online banking;
• Direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank;
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards;
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and account tier. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of the User's account dashboard.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Solarbet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — 30 to 60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions. These are indicative timeframes only and may be affected by KYC status, system maintenance, or external payment network delays.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Solarbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

• The User's KYC verification has not been completed;
• Applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been satisfied;
• The withdrawal request exceeds the applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit;
• The account is under review due to suspected fraud, AML concerns, or policy violation;
• The withdrawal recipient details provided do not match the account's verified identity.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

Solarbet offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• Solarbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured wagering, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• The Platform's decision regarding any bonus dispute is final and binding.

09 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

Solarbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering purposes;
• The User has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• The account is suspected to belong to an individual under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, Solarbet reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending a full investigation. Where fraud or deliberate policy violation is confirmed, the entire account balance may be forfeited. Users who voluntarily request account closure will receive their real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus obligations) upon confirmation of their identity.

9.1 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gambling reasons — may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be honoured within 24 hours of submission. Users who have self-excluded are advised to contact our support team before attempting to reopen their account so that appropriate responsible gambling checks can be conducted.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Solarbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or betting winnings arising from technical failures, system downtime, or connectivity issues outside Solarbet's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, including security obligations;
• Errors in odds publication that are promptly corrected in accordance with Section 6.2 of these Terms;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or Malaysian banking institutions;
• Interruption to betting markets arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or widespread telecommunications failure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Solarbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, text, design elements, and user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of Solarbet or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialise any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Solarbet. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Solarbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, Users also consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, and betting history. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, process payments, conduct fraud prevention activities, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. Solarbet does not sell or share User personal data with unauthorised third parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Solarbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Solarbet will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via a notification on the Platform or via email to registered Users.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms by the User. Users who do not agree to any amended Terms must cease using the Platform and, if they wish, may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
